HAIR!
Every time I walk into a hair saloon and they make me wait I pick up one of the magazines
with hairstyles and flip through the pages in hopes i'll find one to just point at when its
my turn. I never find anything so I did what every media savvy person in the world
would do. I thought about an app.
The concept behind it is to present male users in the 18 - 35 age range with familiar pop & rock culture figures with iconic hair that they can relate to, choose, and maybe even show to their stylist in order to spare making them wait while you google Justin Bieber.
I talked to a stylist friend of mine and she thought it was a good idea so I designed a few comps for her. I think its a good advertising opportunity for hair product companies and a fun and easy way to choose a haircut. I got a free haircut too.
